Election Recap:
It has been three weeks since election day, and the results have finally been certified for all our school board elections. The 1776 Project Pac is proud to announce that we had a 72% success rate with our candidates running in school board elections across the country, with 41 of our 57 candidates winning seats.
Many of our endorsed candidates won in strong Democratic areas where Joe Biden won in 2020. This is especially true in heavily college-educated suburban districts that the media insisted were supportive of critical race theory.
We were able to spend over $135,000 supporting our candidates with mailers, text messages, and digital ads to give them a competitive edge against their liberal opponents.
Election Results:
Where We Made An Impact
This was obviously a very good year for conservatives and Republicans, but the 1776 Project PAC was still able to help push our candidates over the finish line or get them close to victory in several key races.
Left-wing activists and teachers’ unions worked the hardest against our candidates in Pennsylvania and Kansas, where the PAC’s involvement earned a lot of media attention.
In over 20 percent of the elections, the candidates we backed won by narrow margins, as the elections were decided by just a few points. This is especially true in Montgomery County, PA, and Johnson County, PA which voted for Biden with 62 percent and 53 percent.
The Next Step
In 2022, the 1776 Project PAC plans to ramp up its efforts in over a dozen states and 300 to 500 school board districts. We’ve already received requests from candidates in Florida, Michigan, and Kentucky.
This is great to know. So glad to hear about all that is being done
